DetailsThis pen is made from a piece of maple burl that was resin stabilized. The grain and pattern is outstanding. It is finished with a friction wax finish that not only enhances the pattern and grain of the wood but makes a durable and glossy finish. The wood grain in this pen is beautiful.
The hardware is gold. The refill is a "Parker" style that can be obtained at most office supply stores. It is fitted with a black ink refill. The writing tip is extended and retracted with a simple twist movement. The pen length is about 5 inches and about 1/2 inch diameter. It is well balanced in the hand.
This pen is finished and polished to a high gloss that makes it stand out among others. It is a beautiful writing instrument. This pen would also make a wonderful gift for a special person in your life.
The pen includes a soft velvet sleeve pouch for protection. The pictured pen is the item you will receive. Item #558.
