DetailsThis wall hanging plaque is made on my scroll saw from 3/8 inch cherry wood. It is backed with high quality baltic birch plywood which is painted to represent the appropriate service color. Hanging is easy with the installed sawtooth hanger. The photos are of my work but not necessarily of the plaque you recieve. Wood grain varies from piece to piece. The overall finish is shellac. The cherry wood will darken as it ages. These plaques make great gifts for those who are serving or have served. Thanks to all who are serving or have served our country!
